This Biome MODel has a carbon fiber handle.The Artisan Cutlery Biome is a slick little EDC knife that exudes pure class. The knife uses a slip joint mechanism, so the knife requires two hands to open and doesn't lock. That means that in most of the world, the Biome is legal, and it is never intimidating. The blade is made of 12C27N stainless steel, which will take a keen edge and hold it. The design is slim and lightweight, and has an hidden lanyard hole near the pommel.
