The Blackhawk Gideon fixed blade knife features a MODified tanto blade. The blade is made from AUS-8 stainless steel with a black Ti-Nitride coating. The handle on this knife is made with a G-10 textured material that has been CNC machined for comfort and durability. The knife also comes with an injection molded nylon that comes with mounting plates for easy attachment.
