I first bought this knife from Parelli, horse trainer site as a safety knife to carry. Then my farrier showed me how to open it one handed using my thumb. My husband changed it to left handed for me as I am left handed. I carry it all the time, use it to open bales of hay. packages from UPS, dogfood plastic packages, cut twine to tie up tomato vines, etc. etc. I have given it as… read more gifts for three girlfriends who love it. i bought 2 more, one to leave in the barn in case i forget mine and one for my husband. Would have bout at least 3 more for future gifts but stock was limited. Also personalizing was curtailed on this item...a sad mistake. GREAT KNIFE. Love the blunted point.
