Inkosi is a new family of Folding Knives that will claim the position of Chief alongside the iconic Sebenza. (Inkosi is the Zulu word for Chief, Sebenza is the Zulu word for Work). Noticing a trend toward smaller Folding Knives, Chris Reeve has chosen to introduce Inkosi with a 2.75 inch blade, making it a compact but robust front runner. Continually noticing small areas for improvement, whether in performance or manufacture, Chris has included:stability to the locking mechanism a stout pivot coupling oversized phOSPhor bronze washers are the same size -front and back, loCATe off the stop pin, and have extra-large grease pockets a sturdier stop pin the blade which is 8% thicker than the Small Sebenza 21 introduces CRKs Large Hollow Grind technology on a smaller knife standard double thumb lugs pocket clip is mounted so that it rests on the spine rather than the lock bar, eliminating the possibility of pressure on the lock bar ceramic ball lock bar interface.

Have a large and wanted a small to try and glad I did. Some days you don’t want a lot of things on your person, just the basics. This can handle everything you can throw at it on a daily basis but is discrete and lightweight. Still has that CRK quality is we all love. Do right by yourself and grab a small.

The small inkosi with the insingo blade has become my favorite EDC pocket knife. It’s like the evolution of a small Sebenza 21. The ceramic detent makes it smoother to open and close. The clip doesn’t put any pressure on the lock bar. Extra big captive bronce washers. Extra large pivot. Very easy to disassemble and reassemble. Very happy with the knife. First opening the Inkosi was a bit tight. Adjusted with the tools that came with and its now easy/smooth. Solid lockup in this overbuilt small EDC knife.

At first, DLT shipped the Drop Point blade instead of the Insingo blade, but a simple call rectified the problem. They immediately shipped the correct knife right away, and it's awesome! The CRK Inkosi is so smooth and fun to flip.

I love the look and feel of the knife. Smooth, solid, and superior fit and finish of any knife in my collection. I however, had a hard time adjusting to the CRK thumb stud/lug. If you have only ever had a knife with the spydie-hole, this is a world different and your thumb will hate you for a while.

The Inkosi was highly anticipated in my collection and after a few weeks it has surpassed expectations. I really like the big blade features in this sub-3 inch folder. That includes the thicker blade stock, large hollow grind, and large pivot. The Inkosi has displaced my small Insingo and Fantoni HB02 as my favorite EDC.
