Inspired by Jim Hammond's custom Cruiser the production Cascade Lockback series has proven exceptionally popular. Military procurement specialists quickly pointed out that a black-out MODel would make an ideal afFordable tactical folder, as well as a very useful bivouac tool. CRKT upgraded the blade steel to premium AUS 8 stainless steel and added a black titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. The blade is a Hammond MODified clip point, hollow ground, with a Combination Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point Serrated edge.
