My particular example was over ground, it had a recurve To the blade that was not in any of the photos. I was also concerned with the heat treat as there were strange oxidation colors along the bevel of the blade. All being said it had a wonderful handle and was sized just right for a companion blade. As Always DLT was very responsive and has wonderful service.
