I recently bought a Kabar knife from DLT and had it customized for my grandpa. Almost immediately after submitting my order I received a phone call from a DLT employee making sure that they placed the custom engraving in the correct spot. I also received a few personal emails with photos of the knife to ensure that they got the engraving right.
