This 6" Chef's Knife has a white coated blade and a white polymer handle.The Pure Komachi II 6" Chef's Knife is the one knife you'll reach for every time you cookwhether you're slicing potatoes, chopping onions, or mincing herbs. This 6" version offers comfortable sized handles for processing large amounts of food with ease.The wide variety of colors available on the Pure Komachi 2 series are fun to use and add eye-CATching color to your kitchen. The color-coding helps guard against cross-contamination of food. Each blade features high-carbon stainless steel with a hand-sharpened 16 degree cutting angled. Molded resin handles offer a comfortable and secure grip. These Knives are dishwasher safe. However with all kitchen Knives, we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your blade as well as the colorful blade coating. Comes with a matching sheath for easy storage.
