About Kanetsune 7.5" Santoku Knife Black Wood KT-103
The Kanetsune Santoku knife is a full size do all kitchen tool. Made of 33 layer damascus steel with a VG-10 stainless steel core. Attractive and functional, VG-10 takes a fantastic edge, high corrosion resistance and is easy to resharpen. The cutting edge has subtle curve which makes it great at chopping, dicing and mincing. Beautiful black wood handles are comfortable in hand while providing excellent control.
