This knife is amazing. Yes it is slightly big for an office setting, however the ergos are amazing. I find myself choking up on this guy for most of my cutting tasks. I wear XL gloves for a size comparison. Using this same knife now for 16 months, I have put it through anything that I need it to. do on a daily basis. I do not use the tool as a pry bar.

Always with me
I really really really reaaaally love this knife. I have like 20 spyderco knives almost all of them are manix. From the LW version to the XL but i find myself edc-ing this model more often than all the rest... its amazing, weights close tonothing holds an edge pretty well wire clip... my favorite

The ball bearing lock has a stronger spring than a benchmade axis lock but with some practice I've come to really enjoy it. Loving the pocket clip! Spyderco makes sturdy hardworking products and the Manix 2 rocks. Probably the sharpest… read more knife I own. No problems with the BD1 steel. It's a larger knife so I mostly carry it on weekends.
