The TOPS Knives El Chappo is a cleaver fixed blade that's as useful in the kitchen as it is in the field. It features a full-tang 1095 high carbon steel blade in an Acid Rain finish. Black canvas micarta scales over red liners provide a comfortable and secure grip during use. While this cleaver is capable of some serious veggie chopping, it was designed to process meat and game with minimum effort. Includes a kydex blade cover that is held in place with an elastic shock cord.
