@Gabe, exactly, the knife is absolutely gorgeous. My favourite knife ever! However, I have large hands, therefore I find the handle a bit thin :-) And it is not just about the thin micarta scales (but thicker scales would definitely help). It is also about the small height of the tang on the end of handle near the finger-guard. So I would appreciate not only the thicker scales… read more but also higher tang near the guard.

Fit, form, finish and function of this knife is one of the best that I have ever seen.
It is absolutely fantastic, I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely beast! Superb steel , robust design, perfect length. Stays sharp long and easy to re sharpen. Actually little honing will get the edge back even after splitting wood. I wish the handle was a little beefier but I have large hands. I think for the weight of the blade the handle is little thin.
Still would take it with me to a war.
