About Victorinox (40131) 10" Cimeter Knife
Cimeter's are perfect for cutting, trimming and sectioning steaks. Victorinox's 10" Cimeter Knife (40131) features a rosewood handle that is Ergonomically designed to reduce tension in the wrist and triple riveted for maximum durability. The blade is made of high-carbon stainless-steel that undErgoes a special tempering process to produce a blade that can be continually re-sharpened back to its original edge. A conically ground blade yields an edge that is more fracture resistant and produces less friction for a smoother cut. This knife is made by Victorinox, the manufacturer of the original SWiss Army Knife, and comes with a lifetime warranty.
