Superb construction and quality. This is my first bali and I really enjoy flipping it around and not worrying about cutting myself. I also use the comb almost everyday while at work. I feel like i actually get more use out of it being a comb than if it was a knife.

The comb itself being titanium means the "blade" of the balisong is a little light and has some bias toward the handles, not ideal weight distribution for flipping, but it still flips pretty decent.

and touch is made of titanium down to the tang pins and screws.
Mine also has a very satisfying ring when shut closed. The comb had some rub with the handles when I got it, but I was able to tune it out.
