When I got it originally, I thought it lacked the opening snap of my other Benchmade Autos. But after a few day of fooling aroung with it, the knife loosened up a bit to where it gave typical Benchmade performance. It probably had some close tolerances that wore in gradually. Great knife in a lightweight package.
Verdict on the Benchmade CLA is in.... ??

This knife is extremely underrated. I received it in hand and immediately realized, I should have purchased this knife, when it released, a couple years back. If you can legally own an auto, in your state and you like simplicity, then look no further. Dependable knife. Weighs around 3.8oz. Don’t be afraid to get it dirty. Great ergonomics. Buy it!
